Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your belt. If something is not right, contact us and we will make it right.

Returns

You may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must not have been worn, cut to size, or altered.

Personalized and engraved items

Nameplate belts and any item engraved or personalized to your order are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made an error. Please use our sizing guide and double-check your engraving text before ordering.

Sizing

Belt sizing is the most common reason for a return. Our sizing guide explains how to measure correctly. If your belt does not fit, contact us within 30 days and we will exchange it for the correct size at no charge to you.

How to start a return

Email kyleatherworks@gmail.com or call (859) 509-7816 with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send the item. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping on defective items, on our errors, and on size exchanges. On all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us right away and we will repair or replace it. Send a photo if you can — it speeds things up.
